We have a new Facebook group that may be of interest to you as you progress on your journey to wellness.
FibroFit is a group for people affected by Fibromyalgia who are trying to improve their fitness. The group is intended to provide a space for people to share information, tips, motivation, and encouragement so that we can all improve our fitness. This group is for people of all ages and abilities- whether you’re wanting to train for a marathon, or whether you’re wanting to be able to walk with fewer aches and pains.
This group is run by Founder, Kera Sherwood-O’Regan, who has over seven years’ experience as a group fitness instructor, while also managing her Fibromyalgia.
